Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Kairos Foundation Group collects through this Site, why, and how to exercise your rights over it.
What personal information does Kairos Foundation Group collect?
This Site collects information you submit directly through the Contact form and the Bid Invitation form: name, company, email address, phone number, project details, and location. We do not collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or payment information through this Site.
| Bot & abuse protection | This Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode on its forms to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile does not display a visual challenge under normal use and does not track you across other websites for advertising purposes. |
|---|---|
| Analytics | This Site uses first-party analytics served from its own domain to understand page views and traffic patterns. This analytics data is not sold and is not used to build cross-site advertising profiles. |
| Cookies | The Site uses only the cookies or local storage necessary for form submission, bot protection, and first-party analytics described above — it does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. |
We collect form-submission information to respond to your inquiry or bid invitation, to route your request to the appropriate person at Kairos, and to maintain a record of business communications. Our basis for processing this information is your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating a construction business that responds to prospective clients and partners.
We send email or SMS messages related to your inquiry only to people who have affirmatively checked the consent box on the relevant form at the time of submission. You may withdraw consent and stop future messages at any time by replying “STOP” to an SMS message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us through the Contact page.
Who does Kairos Foundation Group share my information with?
Form submissions route into Kairos’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, which is operated on our behalf by our technology provider acting as a data processor. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with subcontracted field-execution partners (such as Ram Concrete) only as necessary to coordinate a specific project you have inquired about, and with legal, insurance, or professional advisors, or as required by law.
We retain form-submission records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal and contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course of records management.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this Site by contacting us via the Contact page. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. Texas has enacted the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, which may grant Texas residents specific rights over their personal data depending on the nature and volume of processing involved, and residents of other states may have similar rights under their own applicable law. Contact us to make any rights request regardless of your state of residence.
Separately, technical review-timeline and ordinance figures cited elsewhere on this Site — such as TCEQ’s 30-day administrative / 90-day technical Edwards Aquifer Protection Program review and the City of Austin’s 15%, 20%, and 25% Save Our Springs impervious-cover caps — are sourced from the issuing public agency and were current as of 2026; they are unrelated to the personal data described in this policy and are confirmed separately with each agency.
This Site is directed at commercial construction buyers and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective version is the one posted on this page at the time of your use of the Site.
